Built-ins and storage. Custom shelving, built-ins and closets, fitted to the walls you actually have. Older walls are rarely plumb, so we scribe and fit on site.
Stairs. Stair treads, risers, handrails and guards, including replacing worn or damaged parts on an existing stair. Loose balusters and wobbly newel posts are usually a fastening problem we can fix without replacing the whole rail.
Repairs. Wood rot repairs, damaged wood replacement and general residential carpentry. That includes sills, jambs, fascia, subfloor sections and the many small framing fixes that turn up once a wall or floor is opened during a larger remodel.
