Before we arrive

   Get safe

   If anyone is in danger or there's active fire, call 911 first. Stay out of rooms with sagging ceilings or standing water near outlets.

   Stop the source

   For water, shut off the main valve if you can reach it safely. Turn off power to wet areas at the panel only if it's dry where you stand.

   Take photos

   Photograph and video every damaged room and item before anything is moved or thrown out. Your insurer will ask for them.

   Call your insurer, then us

   Open a claim with your insurance company, then send us the report below. We inspect, document the damage and write the repair scope.

We inspect and photograph the damage, write the repair estimate and meet your adjuster if needed. You send our estimate to your insurance company; the insurer pays you and you pay us as the work is done. We don't negotiate claims or act as a public adjuster.
