When you request an estimate or report damage, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, project address or city, your answers about the project, any message you write and any photos you upload. We also record the page you sent the form from, the time, your IP address and your browser type, which we use to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To contact you about your project, schedule a walkthrough or inspection, and prepare an estimate.
- To keep a record of your request and our correspondence about it.
- To protect the website and our forms from spam and misuse.
We don't sell your information and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We share project details only with the people who need them to do the work, such as subcontractors working on your project, or when the law requires it. Our website runs on Cloudflare, which processes form submissions and runs a spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on our behalf. Form notifications and our confirmation email are sent through our email provider, Resend.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The spam check on our forms may set a cookie that's needed for it to work.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing [email protected].
