Lists and checklists
We work through punch lists, move-in and move-out repairs and home inspection repair lists. A seller may need the buyer's inspection items fixed before closing. A buyer may have a list of things to take care of before moving in. A landlord may need a unit ready for the next tenant. We sort each item by trade and handle the general repairs ourselves. Items that need electrical or plumbing work go to licensed subcontractors we coordinate.
Preventive maintenance
Fixing small problems early keeps them from becoming big ones. A failed caulk joint today can become a rotted subfloor later. We can check and handle the common wear items around your home on a regular basis.
