Water extraction and drying.

  • Water extraction after burst pipes, plumbing leaks, appliance leaks and basement flooding
  • Structural drying with air movers and dehumidifiers
  • Moisture monitoring with meters until framing and subfloor read dry
  • Removal of soaked drywall, insulation, carpet pad and flooring that won't dry in place

Common sources.

  • Burst and frozen pipes in exterior walls, crawlspaces and unheated spaces
  • Leaking supply lines, water heaters, dishwashers and washing machines
  • Roof leaks and ice dams that soak ceilings and wall cavities
  • Flooded basements from snowmelt, heavy rain or a failed sump pump

Ceiling and wall water damage. Stained or sagging ceilings, bubbling paint and soft drywall usually mean the insulation and framing behind them are wet too. We open the wet area, dry it out and replace the drywall, then texture and paint to match the rest of the room.

Flooded basement cleanup. Finished basements take the worst of it because carpet, pad, drywall and insulation all hold water. We clear out the wet materials, dry the concrete and framing, and rebuild the space once it reads dry.

Rebuilding.

  • Framing and subfloor repairs
  • Drywall, ceiling and flooring replacement
  • Cabinet and trim replacement
  • Kitchen, bathroom and basement reconstruction

If it just happened. Call us. Shut off the water at the main valve if a pipe or fixture is leaking. Keep away from water near outlets or the electrical panel. Photograph and video everything before anything gets moved or thrown out, then call your insurance company to open a claim.
